Atlantic Mackerel (Scomber scombrus) Original Artist's Study #1

I completed this study of an Atlantic mackerel in preparation for remarquing a limited edition bluefin tuna giclee print (to learn more about remarques, see the short video below). It features two hand-painted Atlantic mackerel, as well as color studies. This study is on canvas, as the finished remarque was on canvas. It measure approcimately 12"x 9" and will ship in a clear plastic bag with a backboard. It can be trimmed for a more finished look, or it can be framed and displayed as is. Either way, it's an original piece of art at a great price.
